Now that Dario has come back down, love is in the air.
BROOKLYN, Michigan (Ticker) -- Dan Wheldon has a well-deserved reputation of being a "lady's man."
But one female who doesn't seem to get along with Wheldon is Danica Patrick, who ripped the likable Brit for causing a major crash after Sunday's Firestone Indy 400.
"Dan just came up and hit Dario and Dario flipped around," Patrick said. "Dan drives really aggressively out there. He said it himself on pit lane at Milwaukee that he's tougher. I don't know if tougher means rougher, because he doesn't play completely fair out there. I even said that on my radio, 'Dan better play fair today. I'm serious because he likes to drive up and intimidate you.'

Regardless of who was at fault, she wasn't involved and should keep her mouth shut. She has her own problems to worry about and Wheldon isn't it. She's cause quite a bit more accidents then Thunda Dan, and has many less victories.
Maybe she should ask Dario his opinion since he was "involved". He wasn't blaming Dan. She has become an annoying whiner who blames everyone else for everything. It is getting very tiresome. Perhaps she should read the adage "people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones"
I'd just like to know who made her the official spokesperson for the IRL and arbiter of right and wrong, fault and no fault. She's a tiresome whiny Princess Sparkle Pony, and she's worn her welcome out.
this issue is between dario and dan. and according to both of them, it wasn't an issue at all. danacant needs to keep her mouth shut. dario is quite capable of taking care of himself when needed.
Color me shocked, but I'm going to defend Danica a little bit here. If guys are driving like idiots, it's not just the idiots who suffer. Witness the Dario incident that took out a bunch of innocent bystanders. Kanaan said about the same thing re: insane driving without naming names. I give her credit for speaking her mind, actually. Danica doesn't seem to have a problem with that. It would be interesting to see if she said the same thing if she had won.
The thing is it did effect her. Yes she whines, but in this instance it does involve her. Dan (and Hornish) were driving like assholes all day. They'd push two feet higher out of their line causing the car on the outside to go into the marbles. I watched both Dan and Hornish do this all day. I also watch Danica drive her ass off. Sure she whines--you should have heard her on the scanner after they told her about the tire.
Pretty pretty Princess...
I like it when she whines. Gives me hope that people will see who she really seems to be.

I think they should just make out and get it over with.
Danica has done her fair share of driving like an idiot. Frankly, I'm getting a little sick of her thinking she has the right to lecture anyone, and she tends to lecture a lot of people, about the right way and wrong way to drive a race car given her track record.
Speaking of Danica, what was the story on the cameraman continuously zooming in on Danica's blonde sister? "The heck with the race, let's check out the blonde version of the whiner..."
That all said, she needs to quit running her mouth and start driving...
