Christopher Estrada of Indy Racing Revolution found an article in Forbes that says, well...you read it and try not to fall out of your chair laughing.

When life hands you lemons, you make lemonade, right? Well, Milka Duno’s doing that pretty well.

After getting placed on probation by the Indy Racing League following last weekend’s event at Michigan International Speedway, the SAMAX Motorsports pilot is now en route to Berlin, Germany to participate in filming for Warner Bros. Pictures’ “Speed Racer,” due in 2008. Duno, the driver of the No. 23 CITGO Honda, will be playing the role of the character “Gearbox.”
Do you think they'll dub over her voice? Just asking. Here's a quote from the article, which should be read aloud with your best Charo accent.

"I am so excited about the opportunity to appear in such a large movie," said Duno. "Luckily I am only taking part in some of the races this year, and when Warner Bros. invited me to take part, I asked my sponsor CITGO for their approval to change my race schedule, which they have kindly granted. I am also grateful to the IndyCar Series for allowing us to withdraw from the Kentucky event at the last minute."
"Withdraw". Right. Ahem. It turns out this Speed Racer movie is being made by the guys who made "The Matrix"? Memo to Milkalicious: PLEASE take the blue pill.

In the meantime, I'm going to find out if Tony Stewart's pet monkey "Mojo" will be appearing as "Chim-Chim".

UPDATE: By popular demand, here's an article from Sports Illustrated featuring a picture of "Mojo". Wearing a diaper, no less. Says the driver they call Smoke: "It's like having a child on crack." OK then.

May be a sign of the apocalypse. Watch for locusts.

Tony Stewart has a Monkey? How is it that I was unaware of this important fact? I want a Monkey.

I'm too elitist. I read that Q&A and thought why not just bring the monkey along Tony--he can probably drive one of those tin tops as well as most of that field.
