Chief steward Brian Barnhart said Franchitti will be fined for running into Kosuke Matsuura after the race was over. The contact launched Franchitti's car in the air.Maybe Panther Racing should get that money to help pay for mechanical repairs. And for Kosuke's psychological pain and suffering.
Barnhart called the veteran's lack of focus "less than impressive."
