There may be more to discuss by the time the race starts and the LiveBlog is up, but for now TSO is reporting:

This is not yet 100% confirmed, but don't expect Marty Roth to start the race today. Reports from the paddock indicate that due to his struggles this weekend, Marty has been asked/told to sit this one out.

We expect this to become more official in the very near future.

(MORE from TrackSide Online)
Also, possibly related to this parking of Moto Marty is the fact that the forecast calls for rain later today. Bring your duct tape and spare nose cones because it could be quite the festival of carbon fiber, friends.

    calling phil geibler....

heck isn't andrew ranger a fellow canadian? I love Roth and he stays out of the way on ovals but he needs to find a driver for his roadcourses.

don't know if chesson is that much of an improvement on road courses, im sure geibler could run circles around them. besides i'm sure if a memo went out that there was an open ride there would be a line even for Roth's car.
