The worst kept secret in the IRL is now official. Says Mr Judd:
"I haven't been this excited to get back into a race car in quite a long time. We had some very good race cars last season and I expect to be contending for race wins when we return to the track in March."No one has said what caused the delay in announcing this, but note that nowhere in this press release do you see the words "Klein Tools".

Actually, it's no big suprise that Klein dropped out of racing sponsorship, even without Richard Klein's lawsuit. He was the only one in the family who wanted racing sponsorship (and that was to get his son a ride). It was a done deal that when he "left" that would be the end of Klein Tools as a sponsor.
Same poster again...I forgot to add that if you go to the kleintools.com website, you find no reference to IRL racing, just their American LeMans sponsorship.
