If I may direct your attention away from the usual participants in the Indy Racing League, let’s all give a round of applause for our buddy Chris Estrada at the Indy Racing Revolution. Chris has scored not only a win for himself but for the rest of us as well, because he’s impressed the folks at FoxSports.com enough so that he will be contributing regular missives to them. This friends is HUGE news, not because one of our blogging buddies got picked up by a prolific site, but because before now FoxSports hardly ever carried any news relating to IndyCars.
Welcome to the party, Fox!
Unlike some of us bloggers who can behave like street monkeys starved for attention, Chris is generally a straight-forward type who just tells the news and lets his writing do the talking for him. If memory serves me correctly I believe that’s called "reporting".
So congratulations Chris, and don’t forget to remember us when you’re sharing nachos with Robin, Oreo, the intrepid Curt Cavin, and the like. The rest of you can check out Chris’s debut articles on Ryan Briscoe and Graham Rahal at FoxSports.com.

Congrats, Chris!
Congrats! Keep it real Estrada!!! You have the opportunity to help the "___" IndyCar World Series grow into what we are all hoping for. What a great start to the season!!! Keep in touch in Indy this year. I still remember pre-unification someone stated they are buying beers for everyone behind Pit Road Terrace. I can't remember who that was, but the bet was contingent upon the unification taking place. Speak up now "oh real man of genius".
Props to Chris. I'm wiping a manly tear. Hope now that he's gotten called up to the majors he won't start sounding like The Man. I'm confident in our boy, though.
They need to get this new qualification routine on the TV!!! This is some good stuff, really enjoying it!
Thank you guys so much for your support! Rest assured, I'll always keep it real.
We like Chris. I'm going to have to make sure he stays supplied with Fosters at Indy.
